MOI is a Finnish inspired lifestyle design shop located at “Boacha Yodfat”, at a stunning spot in Western Galilee of Israel.
Our unique identity is a fusion of Israeli design and Nordic influences based on our Finnish roots – We carry high-quality design products such as stationary, home décor items ranging from textiles to tableware and green plants, locally handcrafted products, original art & prints and art supplies.
Since MOI was founded in 2017 our goal was to bring together Israeli designed products and scandinavian influences into a unique identity based on the founder’s Finnish roots. We believe that the beauty of all is in the details and therefore choose the products and their display and styling at the shop down to the smallest of details.
MOI – was founded by Saana Essel, Finnish born graphic designer – Her vision for the brand is based on her Scandinavian (Finnish) roots, of longing for balance in life, realising the true value of things and emphasising minimalism and simplicity – This is MOI.
MOI (meaning “hello” between good friends in Finnish) It is a beautiful fusion of Israeli design with a Scandinavian touch promoting our Nordic way of living of happiness and harmony.

MOI – was founded by two designer/illustrator partners – Saana Essel and Haviva Seligson. Based on our Scandinavian (Finnish) roots, of longing for balance in life, realising the true value of things and emphasising minimalism and simplicity – We created our own design brand called MOI. MOI (meaning “hello” between good friends in Finnish) It is a beautiful fusion of Israeli design with a Scandinavian touch promoting our Nordic way of living of happiness and harmony.
